We photograph and film events from awards nights to multi-day conferences, project launches, sod turning, workshops and business birthdays so the moments can be relived long after they’ve happened.

We apply a commercial lens to our work so we’re ensuring your visuals are not only documenting important milestones but they have utility across your marketing material, too. We can even arrange a same day turnaround so you can celebrate your event on socials before the moment passes.

We plan the coverage with you beforehand so nothing important slips by and we move through the day calmly and confidently so you’ve got one less thing to worry about. We're ridiculously easy to work with and weirdly good at answering emails.

    Request a quote or book a call if you’ve got questions. We’ll discuss dates, coverage options and turnaround times.

    Lock in your date. A deposit and signed contract secure the dates in our calendar.

  • Step 3.

    We’ll be in touch before the day to ensure everything’s covered and you’ve got one less thing to think about.

  • Step 4.

    On the day, we get there early to set up and we work calmly and confidently to capture everything.

  • Step 5.

    If you’ve opted for a fast turnaround for socials, we get to work on delivering your previews.

  • Step 6.

    Your final deliverables will land in your inbox in the agreed upon timeframe, ready to recap all the action.

Frequently asked questions

  • Yes. We're based on the Albury Wodonga border and regularly cover events in Melbourne and right across Australia. Wherever your event is, we can most likely be there — just tell us the location when you enquire.

  • We agree on a delivery timeline with you at the outset based on what you need the content for — and true to form, we stick to it. We do offer the option to have same day turnaround for socials.

  • Absolutely. When you've got press, socials or a wrap up that can't wait, we can turn around a small preview selection quickly, so you've got something to post while the event's still fresh. Just let us know beforehand so we can plan for it.

  • Yep! You can book photography, videography or both. When it's both, we plan the day so the two work together and you walk away with a complete set of images and footage from the one event.

  • We scale the coverage to the event. A multi-day conference or a large awards night might call for a bigger team and we'll work all of that out with you while we plan, so nothing important gets missed.

  • Not at all — that's our job as much as yours. If you've got a run sheet, wonderful, send it through. If you haven't, we'll ask the right questions beforehand and build the coverage plan with you, so on the day you can focus on running your event.

  • Yes. Everything we deliver is yours to use across your marketing — website, socials, press and campaigns.

  • As early as you can, especially through the end of year event season. If your event's coming up soon, still reach out — we'll always try to make it work.
